Meet Our Board Members

  • Olivia Strano - President

Olivia is a lover of adventure and always goes for what she truly wants to see in this world. She has become a new member of the Wrangell community since the summer of 2024. Music and creating places of gathering for everyone have been a passion and profession of hers for over seven years. She is a firm believer that art and music are the key to connecting us all on common ground. She sees this festival as a way to open new opportunities for collaboration, create a space for artistic expression, boost economic growth, and give the community one more reason to celebrate the beautiful place we call home.

  • Daniel Powers - Vice President

Dan’s musical journey is up to 30 years and began at the age of 12 in the junior high orchestra. By age 15, he was performing professionally in pubs and book shops playing everything from classical to blues and metal to church music. Dan earned a degree in music theory from North Idaho College at 20 years old and by his late twenties, music had become his primary source of income. Dan and his wife Shelley formed their current band ‘The Powers’ in 2012 based in Coeur d’Alene, ID eventually growing into festivals opening for national acts such as Emmylou Harris, The Bros. Landreth, and many more. Dan is also an accomplished recording artist as well and has many albums and singles online and has been part of numerous recording as a session player for artists around the country. His path lead him back to his place of birth in Wrangell, AK and he and his family have become entertainers onboard American Cruise Lines ships throughout Southeast Alaska.

  • Savannah Hall - Secretary / Marketing Director

Savannah is a concert and creative photographer originally from Tampa, FL, who made Wrangell her home in the spring of 2025. She began photographing shows in the underground hardcore scene where music, emotion, and authenticity collide in their rawest form. Drawn to the scene’s DIY spirit and underdog mindset, she found inspiration in the way people came together with limited resources but limitless passion to create something powerful. Much like the scene that shaped her, she believes even the smallest spaces can hold incredible energy and heart. She’s excited to help foster that same sense of connection within the Wrangell community through Milk Run Music Fest as a celebration of unity, creativity, and coming together for something truly special.

  • Rolland Wimberley - Treasurer

Rolland grew up in Wrangell before leaving to attend law school and spent time traveling. Eventually, he returned home to settle back into the community that shaped him. He loves getting outdoors and exploring, and he believes live entertainment is something Wrangell can always use more of. Rolland is grateful to see and be part of a group that’s bringing people together to create and enjoy something special here at home.

  • Jeanie Arnold - Director

Jeanie Arnold is a lifelong Alaskan who has called Wrangell home for 13 years. Her passion for the local live music scene drives her commitment to the festival, which she sees as a vital way to foster a sense of connection and community. She is a true believer in the power of music to bring people together. Outside of her work with the festival, Jeanie enjoys spending quality time in the mountains and ocean with her family and exploring new destinations through travel.

  • Bonnie Ritchie - Director

Bonnie Ritchie is a proud board member of the Milk Run Music Festival. She is passionate about creating memorable events that bring people together. Living on a beautiful island in Southeast Alaska, she loves to celebrate her community while helping bring talented artists from around the world to share their music and creativity in this special place.

  • Samuel R. Privett III - Director

Samuel was born and raised in Wrangell and is excited to help give back to his hometown. He hopes Milk Run Music Fest will become a key part of the community- a place where people can come together, enjoy great music, and have a good time!
